Mandheling is Sumatra's classic coffee, wet-hulled in the traditional Indonesian way for a heavy, syrupy body and a signature earthy, herbal character. Taken dark, it becomes deep and brooding, with bittersweet chocolate, cedar, and a long finish. Very low in acidity and satisfyingly smooth.
