Celebes is the old name for Sulawesi, the Indonesian island known for its creamy, deep coffees. This one has a rich, velvety texture and smooth flavor, with naturally low acidity, dark chocolate and warm spice notes, and a pleasant bittersweet undertone. Earthy like a Sumatra, but a little cleaner and more nuanced.
