Grown on the volcanic Kintamani highlands of Bali and wet-hulled in the Indonesian style, Blue Moon is named for the bluish tint of its green beans. We take it dark for a rich, intense cup with deep chocolate, a touch of spice, and a syrupy body, rounded off with a clean, smooth finish and low acidity.
