From our Organic & Fair Trade line, a coffee from the highlands of Papua New Guinea, where much of the crop is grown by smallholder farmers using traditional methods. It's a clean, balanced cup with a smooth, silky body, a gentle wine-like brightness, tropical fruit and citrus notes, and a mellow milk chocolate sweetness.
