Malabar Gold is an all-Indian espresso blend built around Monsooned Malabar, one of the lowest-acid coffees in the world, which gives the shot a full, buttery body, little bitterness, a malty sweetness and thick, lasting crema. With milk it turns sweeter and nutty.
