Sumatran coffee is famous for its heavy, syrupy body and low acidity, a result of the island's traditional wet-hulling process. Our medium roast keeps that full, velvety texture while letting the coffee's earthy depth, dark cocoa and cedar-like notes come forward, with a very fine, soft acidity and a long, lingering finish.
